喉气囊肿及相关疾病的鉴别及诊疗分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨喉气囊肿及相关疾病的临床表现、诊断、鉴别诊断及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析2例喉气囊肿患者的临床表现、体格检查、影像学表现、治疗方法及随访结果,并进行文献复习,加深对喉气囊肿的认识和警惕性。对比分析喉气囊肿与其相鉴别疾病的异同点,总结临床经验。结果:2例喉气囊肿患者经手术治疗后,症状均消失,病情痊愈。其相鉴别疾病通过治疗均取得较满意结果。结论:喉气囊肿临床上罕见,易误诊、漏诊。当患者有以下情况需提高警惕:1、病程长,有用力咳嗽、吹奏管弦乐器等诱因;2、症状为间歇性,发作时可在颈部触及肿块;3、常有声音嘶哑、呼吸不畅及喘鸣;4、喉部CT提示肿块与喉室相连、肿块含液体及气体、增强扫描不强化,借此可对该病进行确诊。一旦确诊,治疗方案由疾病的严重程度及临床分型决定,手术治疗效果好。手术亦是治疗其相鉴别疾病的有效手段。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical manifestations, diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment of laryngeal air cyst and related diseases. Methods: the clinical manifestations, physical examination, imaging findings, treatment methods and follow-up of 2 patients with laryngeal gas cyst were retrospectively analyzed. Results: literature review was carried out to deepen the understanding and vigilance of laryngeal gas cysts. The similarities and differences between laryngeal gas cysts and their differential diseases were analyzed, and the clinical experience was summarized. Results the symptoms of 2 cases of laryngeal gas cysts disappeared after surgical treatment. The disease was cured and satisfactory results were obtained by treatment. Conclusion: laryngeal gas cyst is rare in clinic, easy to be misdiagnosed and missed diagnosis. When the patient has the following condition, need to be on guard: 1, the course of disease is long, have strong cough, blow wind string instrument and so on inducement 2, the symptom is intermittent, During the attack, the tumour can be reached in the neck, often with hoarseness, dyspnea and wheezing. The larynx CT indicates that the mass is connected to the laryngeal ventricle, the mass contains fluid and gas, and the enhanced scan is not enhanced, so that the disease can be diagnosed. The treatment scheme is determined by the severity and clinical classification of the disease, and the effect of surgical treatment is good, and surgery is also an effective means to treat the disease.
