眼眶内错构瘤误诊为海绵状血管瘤一例

【摘要】：正患者男,46岁。1个月以来无明显诱因出现头痛,眼球未见突出,双侧瞳孔等大等圆,直径左侧约3.0 mm,右侧约3.0 mm,对光反应灵敏,眼球活动正常,视力测试正常,双眼晶状体透明,右眼玻璃体浑浊明显,眼底不能窥清,左眼玻璃体透明,眼底视盘边界清楚,黄斑中心凹反光好。MRI表现(图1~5):右侧眼眶肌锥内不规则形肿块,大小约12 mm×17 mm×21 mm,T1WI与
[Abstract]:The male patient was 46 years old. There was no obvious cause of headache for one month. The eyeball was not protruded. The bilateral pupil was about 3. 0 mm in diameter, 3. 0 mm in diameter and 3. 0 mm in right. It was sensitive to light, normal eye movement, and normal visual acuity test. Clear lens in both eyes, clear vitreous body in right eye, unclear fundus, transparent vitreous body in left eye, clear boundary of optic disc of fundus, good reflection of macular central fovea.
