鼻内镜下取出眶内及泪囊异物1例

【摘要】：正1病例报告患者,女,43岁,于2011年6月14日上午用电锯锯木板时,被飞溅的铁钉击中鼻背,因感鼻背部胀痛于我科急诊。体检:一般情况好,神清,精神可,鼻背部皮肤稍红肿,正中偏右可见两处点状破损,伴有点状出血点,未扪及明显塌陷及隆起,鼻外形正常,双鼻黏膜无充血红肿,鼻腔内未见异物,咽稍充血,双扁桃体不大,眼睑及眶周皮肤正常,双眼视力无明显变化,双眼球运动自如,球结膜无充血。行眼眶X线摄片正位相(图1)示:右侧眼眶内侧壁近中下1/3处2枚相邻金属密度影,1枚近眶缘、与
[Abstract]:One case report patient, female, 43 years old, on the morning of June 14, 2011, with a chainsaw board, was spattered iron nail hit the nasal back, because of the nasal back distended pain in my department emergency. The skin on the back of the nose is slightly redness and swelling, with two punctate breakages in the middle and right, accompanied by punctate bleeding points, without palpable collapses and bulges, normal nose appearance, no hyperemia in the nasal mucosa, no foreign bodies in the nasal cavity, a slight hyperemia in the pharynx, and small tonsils. Normal eyelid and periorbital skin, no obvious changes in binocular vision, free movement of the eyes, no congestion of the bulbar conjunctiva. The positive phase (Fig. 1) of the orbital radiographs showed that there were two adjacent metal densities in the medial wall of the right orbit and 1 near the orbital margin. And
