儿童变应性鼻炎气象环境因素研究

【摘要】:目的:探讨儿童变应性鼻炎与气象环境因素的相关性。方法:选择2007-01-01-2011-12-31期间在上海市儿童医学中心耳鼻咽喉科就诊的变应性鼻炎儿童的门急诊人数,及在此期间可能对变应性疾病具有影响的气象数据(气象观测资料由上海市中心气象台提供),选用上海市环境局提供的SO2、NO2和PM10,每日O38h平均最大值(涵盖全市6个观察站点),应用广义相加模型进行统计分析。结果:儿童变应性鼻炎在每日平均温度11℃和21℃左右,门诊人数较高,呈双峰状。但随着湿度的增加,变应性鼻炎的就诊人数呈下降的趋势,说明高湿度对变应性鼻炎有保护作用。而大气污染物O3、SO2和PM10增加10μg/m3,变应性鼻炎的就诊人数分别增加1.95%、1.19%和0.33%,提示大气污染可增加变应性鼻炎发作的风险。结论:气象和环境污染因素与儿童变应性鼻炎的发病有较大的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the correlation between allergic rhinitis in children and meteorological environmental factors. Methods: the number of children with allergic rhinitis in the department of otolaryngology and otolaryngology of Shanghai Children's Medical Center was selected from January to January 2011-12-31, 2007. And meteorological data that may have an impact on allergy diseases during this period (meteorological observation data are provided by the Shanghai Central Meteorological Observatory, so _ 2no _ 2 and PM10 provided by the Shanghai Environment Bureau), with an average daily maximum value of O _ (38) h (covering 6 parts of the city).
