老年鼻咽癌患者放疗后腭帆张肌横截面积的改变与放射性中耳炎的相关性

【摘要】：目的分析探讨老年鼻咽癌患者放疗后腭帆张肌横截面积的改变与放射性中耳炎之间的关系。方法选取2014年1月到2016年1月来我院接受放射性治疗的老年鼻咽癌患者37例,对放疗前后患者的腭帆张肌横截面积进行对比,并分析横截面积的变化与放射性中耳炎发生之间的关系。结果放射治疗后,37例患者中共有26例(38耳)患者出现分泌性中耳炎,放疗后患者的左、右腭帆张肌横截面面积均明显低于放疗前,对比具有显著性差异(P0.05),相较于未出现腭帆张肌萎缩现象的耳朵,出现腭帆张肌萎缩的耳朵放射性中耳炎的发生率更高,对比具有显著性差异(P0.05)。结论老年鼻咽癌患者在接受放疗后,腭帆张肌会出现明显的萎缩现象,腭帆张肌横截面积的改变与放射性中耳炎的发生具有一定的联系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between the transverse area of palatine tensor muscle and radiation otitis media after radiotherapy in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC). Methods 37 elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma received radiation therapy from January 2014 to January 2016 were selected. The transverse area of palatine tensor muscle was compared before and after radiotherapy, and the relationship between the change of transverse area and the occurrence of radiation-induced otitis media was analyzed. Results there were 26 patients with secretory otitis media in 37 patients after radiotherapy. The cross-sectional area of the left and right palatine tensor muscle after radiotherapy was significantly lower than that before radiotherapy. There was a significant difference between the two groups (P 0.05), compared with the ears without palatine tensor muscle atrophy. The incidence of ear radiation-induced otitis media with tensor palatine tensor atrophy was higher than that in the control group (P 0.05). Conclusion the palatine tensor muscle atrophy in elderly patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma is obvious after radiotherapy. The change of the transverse area of palatine tensor muscle is related to the occurrence of radiation-induced otitis media.
