鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲等离子消融术治疗变应性鼻炎的疗效

【摘要】：正变应性鼻炎俗称过敏性鼻炎,是耳鼻咽喉科常见病与多发病〔1〕。患者表现为阵发性喷嚏、鼻塞、鼻痒及涕清,少数患者伴有嗅觉失常〔2〕。以往通常以药物治疗及特异性免疫治疗为主,疗效不佳者再施以单一的手术治疗。虽然在一定程度上取得了一定的效果但仍不显著。近年来,发现局部神经反应异常是导致该病的重要因素,由此提出了手术联合治疗的方案。本研究对我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者施以鼻内镜下鼻中隔矫正联合下鼻甲等离子消融进行治疗,取得较好的临床疗效。

Usually with drug therapy and specific immune therapy, efficacy combined with surgery single treatment. Although to some extent achieved certain results but still not significant. In recent years, found that local abnormal neural response is an important factor leading to the disease, the surgical treatment scheme. The research of allergic rhinitis in our hospital patients with endoscopic nasal septum joint turbinate plasma ablation treatment, achieve better clinical effect.
