深头悬位复位法治疗前半规管BPPV疗效观察

【摘要】：目的探讨深头悬位(deep head hanging maneuver,DHH)复位法治疗前半规管BPPV(anterior semicircular canal BPPV,AC-BPPV)的疗效。方法将42例典型的AC-BPPV患者随机分为两组,试验组21例行DHH复位法治疗,对照组21例行改良Epley管石复位法治疗,比较两组疗效。结果试验组中第一次治疗后有18例痊愈,3例患者经过第二次治疗后痊愈,总有效率100%(21/21);对照组中第一次治疗后15痊愈,4例经过二次治疗痊愈,2例反复多次治疗,眩晕均不能控制,改用DHH复位法治疗两次后好转,改良Epley管石复位法总有效率90.48%(19/21);两组有效率的差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论 DHH复位法治疗AC-BPPV的有效率与改良Epley管石复位法一致,且操作简便,是治疗AC-BPPV的较好选择。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the effect of deep head hanging hanging reduction in the treatment of anterior semicircular canal BPPV(anterior semicircular canal BPPVAC-BPPVs.Methods 42 typical AC-BPPV patients were randomly divided into two groups: the experimental group (21 cases) were treated with DHH reduction and the control group (21 cases) with modified Epley tracheid reduction. The curative effects of the two groups were compared.Results in the experimental group, 18 cases were cured after the first treatment and 3 cases were cured after the second treatment, the total effective rate was 100% 21 / 21, while in the control group, 4 cases were cured after the first treatment and 2 cases were cured after the second treatment.The total effective rate of the modified Epley tracheolithiasis reduction method was 90.48 and 19 / 21, and the difference between the two groups was not statistically significant (P 0.05).Conclusion the effective rate of DHH reduction for AC-BPPV is consistent with that of modified Epley reduction, and it is easy to operate. It is a good choice for the treatment of AC-BPPV.
