CI儿童与正常儿童双条件词语听理解的比较

【摘要】:目的对CI儿童和正常儿童双条件词语的听理解能力进行比较,分析两组儿童在并列、动宾、主谓、偏正和介宾五类词语上的差异,明确CI儿童听理解能力的问题所在。同时研究语训三个月前后CI儿童对五类词语听理解能力的发展情况。方法所有受试者均采用《儿童听觉理解能力评估》表的双条件词语进行测试,采用主试者读,受试者听辨的"一对一"形式,对实验结果进行记录分析。结果三个月前正常儿童在并列词语和偏正词语上的正确率明显高于CI儿童;三个月后正常儿童在动宾词语上的正确率明显高于CI儿童;对CI儿童而言,三个月前偏正词语的正确率明显低于三个月后的正确率。结论 CI儿童与正常儿童在并列和偏正词语上存在显著差异,经过三个月的学习后CI儿童在五类词语上的听理解能力有所改变,但不明显。
[Abstract]:Objective to compare the listening comprehension ability of CI children with that of normal children, and to analyze the differences between the two groups in terms of juxtaposition, verb-object, subject-predicate, positive-object and better-object, so as to clarify the problem of CI children's ability of listening and understanding. At the same time, the development of CI children's ability of listening and understanding five kinds of words about three months after language training was studied. Methods all the subjects were tested with the "one to one" form of "one to one" in the "Assessment of Children's auditory comprehension" table, and the results were recorded and analyzed. Results the correct rate of juxtaposition and biased words in normal children three months ago was significantly higher than that in CI children, and the correct rate in verb-object words in normal children three months later was significantly higher than that in CI children; for CI children, the correct rate of verb-object words was significantly higher than that of CI children. The correct rate of correct words three months ago was significantly lower than that after 3 months. Conclusion there are significant differences between CI children and normal children in juxtaposition and correction of words. After three months of study, CI children's ability of listening and understanding on five kinds of words has changed, but not obvious.
