噪声暴露人员血压血糖水平与听力损失的关系

【摘要】:目的探讨噪声暴露作业人员血压、血糖水平与听力损失的关系。方法采用横断面流行病学研究方法,对719例噪声暴露作业人员进行听力测试和血糖、血压检测,分析听力损失组和听力正常组与血压、血糖水平的关系。结果①719例噪声暴露作业人员中高频听力损失罹患率为19.61%(141/719);男性听力损失罹患率(23.42%,130/555)高于女性(6.70%,11/164)(P0.01);②检出高血压120例(16.70%,120/719),听力损失人群和听力正常者中高血压检出率分别为29.08%(41/141)和13.67%(79/578),前者高于后者(P0.05);检出高血糖85例(11.82%,85/719),听力损失者和听力正常者中高血糖检出率分别为21.99%(31/141)和9.34%(54/578),前者高于后者(P0.01);③高血压组、高血糖组2 000~8 000Hz纯音气导听阈提高(P0.05),2 000~8 000Hz DPOAE反应幅值下降(P0.01),4 000~8 000Hz信噪比均降低(P0.05);ABR高刺激速率(51.1次/秒)时两组波Ⅲ、Ⅴ潜伏期和Ⅰ-Ⅲ、Ⅰ-Ⅴ波间期均延长(P0.05)。结论高血压、高血糖可与噪声协同作用,加重听力损害。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between hearing loss and blood pressure, blood glucose level in noise exposed workers. Methods A cross-sectional epidemiological study was carried out in 719 noise-exposed workers to test their hearing, blood sugar and blood pressure, and to analyze the relationship between hearing loss and normal hearing, blood pressure and blood sugar level. Results the incidence of high frequency hearing loss in 1719 noise exposed workers was 19.61 / 71 / 719 and that of male hearing loss was 23.422 / 130 / 555), which was higher than that of female's 6.70 / 164 / 0.01g / 2. 120 cases of hypertension were detected in 120 / 120 / 71919 cases. The prevalence rate of hypertension in the hearing loss group and the normal hearing group was 120% / 719, respectively.
