多频鼓室声导抗测试在婴幼儿中耳功能诊断中的应用

【摘要】: 目的探讨不同频率探测音声导抗测试及多频率扫描声导抗测试在诊断婴幼儿中耳功能中的作用。 方法使用GSI TympstarⅡ中耳分析仪对122例听力正常婴幼儿和141例听力异常婴幼儿进行226Hz、678Hz、1000Hz探测音声导抗测试及多频率扫描声导抗测试并进行统计学分析。 结果对6月龄的婴幼儿226Hz探测音鼓室导钠测试的鼓室图参数及图形变化在听力正常组和异常组间的差异无统计学意义,而对6月龄的婴幼儿其鼓室图参数在两组之间有统计学意义;各月龄组的678Hz、1000Hz探测音鼓室导钠图的图形特点在听力正常组和异常组间的差异均有统计学意义(P0.05);在6月的婴幼儿听力正常组和异常组,其两组之间共振频率的差异无统计学意义(P0.05),而在6月龄其差异有统计学意义(P0.05);在正常组中,婴幼儿中耳共振频率随着月龄的增加而逐渐增加,在11月龄后其中耳共振频率达到正常范围。 结论3种频率探测音声导抗测试对于6月龄的婴幼儿中耳功能的诊断均较敏感,678Hz、1000Hz探测音声导抗测试对6月龄婴儿中耳功能的检查较准确。正常婴幼儿中耳的共振频率在11月龄后达到正常范围,其对6月龄的婴幼儿中耳功能的检查有一定的帮助。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effect of different frequency probe audiometry and multi frequency scanning acoustic impedance test in the diagnosis of middle ear function in infants.
Methods using the GSI Tympstar II middle ear analyzer, 122 cases of normal hearing children and 141 cases of hearing abnormal infants were tested with 226Hz, 678Hz, 1000Hz detection sound and multiple frequency scanning acoustic conductance test and were statistically analyzed.
Results there was no significant difference in the variations of the tympanic map parameters and graphic changes between the normal and abnormal groups of the 6 month old infants with 226Hz detection in the sound tympanum test. The parameters of the tympanic map for the 6 month old infants and young children were statistically significant between the two groups. The graphical characteristics of the 678Hz, 1000Hz sounding tympane guided sodium map of each month group There was significant difference between the normal hearing group and the abnormal group (P0.05). There was no significant difference in the resonance frequency between the two groups in the normal hearing group and the abnormal group in June (P0.05), but the difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P0.05); in the normal group, the resonance frequency of the middle ear in the infants was increased with the increase of the age of the month. Gradually increased, after 11 month old, ear resonance frequency reached normal range.
Conclusion 3 kinds of frequency detection sound acoustic conductivity test are sensitive to the diagnosis of middle ear function in 6 month old infants. 678Hz, 1000Hz detection sound acoustic conductivity test is more accurate for the middle ear function of 6 month old infants. The resonance frequency of the middle ear of normal infants reaches the normal range after 11 month old, and the examination of 6 month old of the middle ear function of infants and young children There's some help.
