眼底荧光血管造影与相干光断层扫描在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变诊断中的对比分析

【摘要】：目的探讨眼底荧光血管造影(FFA)联合相干光断层扫描(OCT)在中心性浆液性脉络膜视网膜病变(central serous chorioretinopathy,CSC)检查中应用的临床意义。方法对临床诊断为CSC的43例患者(45只眼)的临床资料进行对比观察,分析其FFA及OCT检查影像特征。结果两者对比观察,OCT检出40眼(88.9%)为神经上皮脱离,其中39眼(86.7%)FFA表现为荧光渗漏,且均在OCT神经上皮脱离范围内,另1眼(2.2%)未见异常荧光;OCT检出3眼(7.5%)神经上皮伴色素上皮脱离,其中2眼(4.4%)FFA见黄斑区片状强见荧光,另1眼(2.2%)未见异常荧光;2眼(4.4%)OCT仅见色素上皮脱离,FFA表现为局限性强荧光。结论 FFA和OCT在对CSC的诊断上各具优势,FFA可定位血管渗漏点,反映疾病的范围和程度,利于激光治疗。OCT可明确观察到视网膜病变的形态改变,两者结合可以更有效地诊断和治疗CSC。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical significance of fundus fluorescein angiography (FFA) combined with coherence tomography (Oct) in central serous chorioretinopathy of central serous chorioretinopathy. Methods the clinical data of 43 patients with CSC (45 eyes) were compared and observed. The imaging features of FFA and OCT were analyzed. Results 40 eyes (88.9 eyes) were detected as neuroepithelial detachment by Oct. Among them, 39 eyes (86.7%) showed fluorescence leakage, and all of them were within the range of OCT neuroepithelial detachment, the other 1 eye (2. 2%) had no abnormal fluorescence Oct to detect 3 eyes / 7.5% of neuroepithelial detachment with pigment epithelial detachment. Among them, 2 eyes with FFA showed strong fluorescence in macular area, 2 eyes had no abnormal fluorescence, 2 eyes had no abnormal fluorescence, only 4. 4% Oct showed local high fluorescence in pigment epithelium detachment. Conclusion FFA and OCT have different advantages in the diagnosis of CSC. FFAs can locate vascular leakage points and reflect the extent and extent of the disease. It is helpful to observe the morphologic changes of retinopathy by laser therapy. The combination of the two can be more effective in the diagnosis and treatment of CSCs.
