NBI及AFE在喉癌早期诊断中的应用

【摘要】:目的:探讨窄带成像(narrow band imaging,NBI)及自体荧光内镜(autofluorescence endoscopy, AFE)是否在喉癌早期诊断中具有临床意义。 方法:在相关数据库中搜索到与本文相关的关键词。其中有:PubMed(2000-01-2014-01),Elesevier(2000-01-2014-01),EBSCO(2000-01-2014-01),CNKI(2000-01-2014-01),万方(2000-01-2014-01),维普(2000-01-2014-01)。并检索到相关文献后进行记录和总结。 结果:以上数据库中查找的文献对喉癌的早期初步诊断的方法比较多,有的方法较为简单(电子喉镜及纤维喉镜),但其阳性率太低。有的方法又过于繁琐,并且相关结果出来时间太长,,不利于临床使用。结合以上情况,从可查文献可得,探讨窄带成像(narrow band imaging,NBI)及自体荧光内镜(autofluorescence endoscopy, AFE)在喉癌早期诊断中具有非常重要的临床实际意义。 结论:研究表明,喉癌的早期诊断、及时治疗不仅可以提高患者的5年生存率,而且也减少了患者的手术带来创伤和治疗的经济负担。积极开展喉癌的早期诊断方法研究具有重要的临床治疗和社会学的意义。而窄带成像(narrow band imaging,NBI)及自体荧光内镜(autofluorescence endoscopy, AFE)是近几年来用于喉癌早期诊断的两种新颖的内镜技术。因此,对NBI及AFE的进一步研究及认识对喉癌早期诊断提供非常重要的临床价值。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the clinical significance of narrow band imaging (NBI) and autofluorescence endoscopy (AFEE) in the early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods: the key words related to this article were found in the relevant database. Among them, there are: PubMedn 2000-01-2014-01D Eleseviern 2000-01-2014-01U / EBSCO 2000-01-2014-01C, CNKI 2000-01-2014-01C, Wan Fang 2000-01-2014-01C, Viprum 2000-01-2014-01. The related documents were retrieved and recorded and summarized. Results: there were many methods for the early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma, some of which were simple (electronic laryngoscope and fibrolaryngoscope), but the positive rate was too low. Some methods are too cumbersome, and the results are too long, not conducive to clinical use. According to the above situation, the narrow band imaging (NBI) and autofluorescence fluorescence endoscopy (AFEE) have very important clinical significance in the early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma. Conclusion: early diagnosis and timely treatment of laryngeal carcinoma can not only improve the 5-year survival rate, but also reduce the economic burden of trauma and treatment. The study of early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma has important clinical and sociological significance. Narrow band imaging (NBI) and autofluorescence endoscopy (AFE) are two novel endoscopic techniques for the early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma in recent years. Therefore, the further study and understanding of NBI and AFE provide very important clinical value for early diagnosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
