中耳炎患者人工耳蜗植入二例报告

【摘要】：正1临床资料病例1:女,64岁,有中耳炎病史10年余,因双耳听力丧失于2013年1月入院。患者4年前双耳听力开始逐步下降,右耳听力下降迅速,很快仅能依靠左耳听觉,1年前左耳因突发性聋听力降至极重度聋,治疗无好转。专科检查:右耳鼓膜紧张部小穿孔,鼓室粘膜干燥,无分泌物,左耳鼓膜紧张部大穿孔,鼓室粘膜充血,鼻腔及鼻咽部未见异常;颞骨薄层CT示双耳乳突炎,左耳鼓室内见肉芽肿形成;MRI示双耳内听道、中枢未见异常;双耳纯音测听
[Abstract]:Case 1: female, 64 years old, with a history of otitis media for more than 10 years, was admitted to hospital in January 2013 because of binaural hearing loss. Four years ago, the hearing began to decline gradually in both ears, but the hearing of the right ear declined rapidly, and it could only rely on the hearing of the left ear. One year ago, the hearing of the left ear was reduced to extremely severe due to sudden deafness, and there was no improvement in the treatment. Special examination: right ear tympanic membrane tension small perforation, tympanic mucosa dry, no secretion, left ear tympanic membrane tension big perforation, tympanic mucosa hyperemia, nasal cavity and nasopharynx no abnormal. The formation of granuloma in the left ear tympanic chamber showed that the auditory canal in both ears was not abnormal on MRI.
