不同设计方式的人工晶状体边缘散射光的对比观察

【摘要】: 目的 观察和比较8种不同设计方式的人工晶状体(IOL)光学区边缘不同部位产生散射光的差异。探讨白内障术后人工晶状体眼患者产生不良视觉现象的影响因素。 方法建立IOL体外照射模型,用单色激光分别对三片式组和单片式组IOL的上边缘和袢-光学区结合部进行不同角度的照射。当光线投射到模拟视网膜的平面上形成映像时,用数码相机即时拍摄,观察并比较两组不同IOL产生的光线图像的差异。 结果 在对上边缘照射时,两组IOL因边缘形态不同而产生了图像差异;在对袢-光学区结合部照射时,三片式组IOL产生了不同于大部分单片式组的明显线状光影或中心旁致密光斑,而边缘较为特殊的单片式晶体TYPE-1C也产生了中心旁致密光斑和长光带影。 结论 IOL边缘的袢-光学区结合部内的不规则结构,会诱发明显的散射效应,IOL边缘散射光的存在是引起白内障术后IOL眼患者出现眩光或其他不良视觉现象的一个重要原因。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe and compare the difference of scattering light in the optical region of IOL with eight different designs. Objective: to investigate the influencing factors of abnormal vision in patients with intraocular lens after cataract surgery. Methods the model of IOL irradiation in vitro was established. The upper edge of IOL and the junction of loop optical region were irradiated with monochromatic laser at different angles. When the light is projected onto the plane of the simulated retina to form an image, the difference between the two groups of light images produced by different IOL is observed and compared. Results when the upper edge was irradiated, the two groups of IOL had different images due to the difference of edge morphology. Different from most monolithic groups, IOL produced obvious linear or paracentral dense spot, while TYPE-1C, which has special edge, also produced paracentral dense spot and long band shadow. Conclusion the irregular structure in the junction of the loop optical region at the edge of IOL. The presence of edge scattering light in IOL is an important cause of glare or other poor vision in IOL eyes after cataract surgery.
