Pentacam法测量近视激光术后角膜屈光力的准确性研究

【摘要】:目的评价Pentacam法测量近视激光术后角膜屈光力的准确性。方法将白内障手术患者15例(19眼)于术后用Pentacam法测量角膜等效屈光力(EKR),用临床病史法及非接触式光学相干生物测量仪(IOL-Master)方法测量角膜屈光力。比较3种方法术后角膜屈光力的中值绝对误差(Med AE)、平均绝对误差(MAE),以及3种方法术后的屈光误差。结果 Pentacam法中角膜屈光力的Med AE、MAE均明显低于临床病史法、IOL-Master法(P0.05),Pentacam法的角膜屈光力明显低于IOL-Maste法(P0.05)。在±0.25 D、±0.50 D、±1.00 D范围内,Pentacam法的眼数均明显高于IOL-Master法(P0.05)。结论 Pentacam法能准确测算近视激光术后人工晶状体度数,在术前相关资料缺失时,Pentacam法可以替代临床病史法计算准分子角膜屈光术后角膜屈光力。
[Abstract]:Objective to evaluate the accuracy of Pentacam method in measuring corneal refractive power after laser myopia. Methods the corneal equivalent refractive power (EKR) was measured by Pentacam method in 15 patients (19 eyes) after cataract surgery, and corneal refraction was measured by clinical history method and non-contact optical coherence biometer (IOL-Master). The mean absolute error (Med AE), mean absolute error (mae) of corneal refractive power and refractive error of three methods were compared. Results the corneal refractive power of Pentacam was significantly lower than that of IOL-Master (P0.05) and Pentacam (P0.05). The corneal refractive power of Pentacam was significantly lower than that of IOL-Maste (P0.05). In the range of 卤0.25 D, 卤0.50 D, 卤1.00 D, the number of eyes of Pentacam method was significantly higher than that of IOL-Master method (P0.05). Conclusion Pentacam method can accurately calculate the degree of intraocular lens after laser myopia. Pentacam method can replace the clinical history method in calculating corneal refractive power after excimer corneal refractive surgery.
