生物膜与儿童分泌性中耳炎

【摘要】：正分泌性中耳炎(OME)是一种以中耳积液及听力下降为主要临床表现的一种疾病,不伴有耳部急性感染症状和体征,在儿童中有较高的发病率。长期以来,OME的发病病因及机理是研究重点。近年来的一些研究发现,生物膜(BF)与OME的发病有密切关系,尤其在儿童OME的反复发作及迁延不愈的病例中伴有重要角色。本文旨在就二者的关系在近年的研究结果进行综述。1 BF的概念及特性1647年,Van Leeuwenhouk在显微镜下观察牙齿
[Abstract]:Positive secretory otitis media (OME) is a kind of disease with middle ear effusion and hearing loss as its main clinical manifestation, without the symptoms and signs of acute ear infection, and has a high incidence in children. The etiology and mechanism of OME have long been the focus of study. In recent years, some studies have found that biofilm (BF) is closely related to the pathogenesis of OME, especially in children with recurrent attacks and prolonged OME cases with an important role. The purpose of this paper is to summarize the research results of the relationship between the two in recent years. 1 the concept and characteristics of BF are summarized. 1 Van Leeuwenhouk observed teeth under microscope in 1647.
