miRNA-204在鼻咽癌中的表达及临床意义

【摘要】：目的:探讨miRNA-204在鼻咽癌(NPC)组织中的表达与临床病理特征及预后的关系。方法:收集50例NPC患者和40例鼻咽慢性炎症患者活检组织标本,采用RT-PCR方法检测miRNA-204的相对表达量,并分析其与临床病理资料和预后的相关性。结果:与鼻咽慢性炎症患者比较,miRNA-204在NPC患者血清中表达下调,其表达与NPC患者的EBV感染、分化程度、淋巴结转移和TNM分期明显相关(P0.05),NPC患者组织中miRNA-204低表达者生存时间明显低于高表达者(P0.05)。结论:NPC患者组织中miRNA-204的表达下调与病情进展明显相关,miRNA-204可能作为NPC治疗的一个新靶点。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the expression of miRNA-204 in nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) (NPC) and its relationship with clinicopathological features and prognosis. Methods: biopsy specimens were collected from 50 patients with NPC and 40 patients with chronic nasopharyngeal inflammation. The relative expression of miRNA-204 was detected by RT-PCR, and the correlation with clinicopathological data and prognosis was analyzed. Results: compared with the patients with nasopharyngeal chronic inflammation, the expression of miRNA-204 was down-regulated in the serum of NPC patients, and the expression of miRNA-204 was correlated with the EBV infection and differentiation degree of NPC patients. Lymph node metastasis and TNM staging were significantly correlated (P0.05) the survival time of patients with low expression of miRNA-204 was significantly lower than that of patients with high expression (P0.05). Conclusion the down-regulation of miRNA-204 expression in patients with miRNA-204 may be a new target for the treatment of NPC.
