【摘要】：正慢性鼻炎、鼻窦炎传统治疗方式〔1〕如采用药物治疗以及普通手术治疗难以达到良好治疗效果,患者极易出现症状反复等情况。近年来,随着耳鼻喉科治疗技术手段进步,功能性鼻内镜鼻窦手术(FESS)逐步成为治疗鼻窦炎等鼻部疾病的标准手术方式,治疗效果好,患者不易复发,生活质量提高。但老年患者多脏器出现老化,对手术耐受力不足,且常常伴发慢性疾病等情况,给手术治疗带来极大风险,因此对老年鼻窦炎患者行
[Abstract]:In recent years, functional endoscopic sinus surgery (FESS) has gradually become the treatment of sinusitis and other nasal diseases with the advancement of otorhinolaryngological treatment technology. The standard operation method has a good therapeutic effect, the patients are not easy to relapse, and the quality of life is improved. However, the aging of multiple organs, insufficient surgical tolerance, and often accompanied by chronic diseases in elderly patients bring great risks to the surgical treatment, so the elderly patients with sinusitis should be treated.
