睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖的影响

【摘要】:目的:分析阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征对超重和肥胖2型糖尿病患者血糖、胰岛素抵抗等相关指标的影响。方法:选取2012年3月至2014年4月在我院及南方医科大学珠江医院门诊及住院的2型糖尿病(T2DM)患者128例,分为BMI正常的T2DM患者45例作为对照组,超重和肥胖的T2DM患者42例作为肥胖组,超重和肥胖合并OSA的T2DM患者41例作为治疗组。记录人口学资料、空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2 h血糖(PBG 2 h)、空腹胰岛素(Ins0)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDLC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDLC)、同型半胱胺酸(Hcy),计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMAIR)。结果:超重肥胖合并OSA组患者的Hcy、FBG、Ins0、HOMAIR均高于超重肥胖患者,而超重肥胖患者上述指标也高于非超重肥胖组患者。CPAP治疗超重肥胖合并OSA患者后,FBG、PBG、AHI、最低SO2、平均SO2及HOMA-IR均得到显著改善。
[Abstract]:Aim: to investigate the effects of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome (OSAS) on blood glucose and insulin resistance in overweight and obese type 2 diabetic patients. Methods: from March 2012 to April 2014, 128 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) in our hospital and Zhujiang Hospital of Southern Medical University were selected and divided into 45 T2DM patients with normal BMI as control group. 42 T2DM patients with overweight and obesity were treated as obese group, and 41 T2DM patients with overweight and obesity with OSA were treated as treatment group. Demographic data were recorded. Fasting blood glucose, PBG 2 h), fasting insulin (Ins0), total cholesterol (TC), triglyceride, (TG), low density lipoprotein cholesterol, (LDLC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDLC), insulin resistance index (HOMAIR).) were calculated. Results: the Hcy,FBG,Ins0,HOMAIR of patients with overweight and obesity combined with OSA was higher than that of patients with overweight and obesity, and that of overweight and obese patients was higher than that of patients without overweight and obesity. The mean SO2 and HOMA-IR of the lowest SO2, were significantly improved after the treatment of overweight and obese patients with OSA.
