青少年语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后语言理解能力康复效果评估

【摘要】：目的研究青少年语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后语言理解能力康复效果。方法选用《听力障碍儿童听觉语言能力评估标准及方法》中的听话识图项目,对75例7~18岁(男44例,女31例)青少年语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术前、术后3、6、12个月进行语言理解能力评估,其中,A组:36例,7岁≤年龄12岁,术前27例曾佩戴助听器;B组:39例,12~18岁,术前21例曾佩戴助听器。结果 75例患者术前语言理解能力为0.75±0.55岁,术后3、6、12个月分别为1.45±0.54、2.23±0.45、3.08±0.41岁,且A组语言理解能力均优于B组。患者性别、术前是否佩戴助听器对术后语言理解能力影响差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。结论青少年语前聋患者人工耳蜗植入术后能获得一定程度的语言理解能力改善,且植入时年龄越小、植入时间越长,效果越好;对于超过最佳植入年龄的语前聋青少年,仍建议尽早行人工耳蜗植入。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the rehabilitation effect of language comprehension after cochlear implantation in adolescents with prelingual deafness. Methods 75 children (44 males and 31 females) with preverbal deafness were enrolled in this study.
