肾阳虚体质对负透镜诱导豚鼠眼球生物参数及后极部巩膜厚度的影响

【摘要】:目的探讨肾阳虚体质对负透镜诱导豚鼠的屈光度、眼轴长度及后极部巩膜厚度的影响。方法选取24只3周龄雄性健康三色短毛豚鼠,随机分为正常对照组、透镜诱导组和肾阳虚+透镜诱导组,每组各8只。肾阳虚+透镜诱导组每日腹腔注射氢化可的松注射液,剂量10 mg·kg-1,正常对照组和透镜诱导组则注射等量生理盐水,每日1次,连续2周。第3周起,透镜诱导组、肾阳虚+透镜诱导组右眼均戴-10.00 D透镜,左眼作为自身对照眼,正常对照组则不作任何处理,透镜诱导2周后各组进行屈光度、眼轴长度及后极部巩膜厚度的测量。结果透镜诱导组自身对照眼屈光度、眼轴长度和后极部巩膜厚度分别为(1.52±0.45)D、(8.52±0.04)mm、(291.25±18.08)μm,与之相比透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加为(-2.16±0.09)D,眼轴延长为(8.61±0.03)mm,后极部巩膜厚度降低为(233.75±23.26)μm(均为P0.01);肾阳虚+透镜诱导组自身对照眼屈光度、眼轴长度和后极部巩膜厚度分别为(1.56±0.18)D、(8.53±0.09)mm、(296.25±22.64)μm,与之相比肾阳虚+透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加为(-2.73±0.55)D,眼轴延长为(8.70±0.10)mm,后极部巩膜厚度降低为(180.00±16.04)μm(均为P0.01);与透镜诱导组造模眼相比,肾阳虚+透镜诱导组造模眼近视屈光度增加更多,眼轴延长更显著,后极部巩膜厚度降低更明显(均为P0.05)。结论在负透镜诱导下,肾阳虚豚鼠较正常豚鼠眼轴延长和近视度增加更加显著,肾阳虚体质与近视的发生发展可能有密切联系。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the effects of kidney-yang deficiency constitution on diopter, axial length and sclera thickness of posterior pole in guinea pigs induced by negative lens. Methods 24 healthy 3-week-old male short-haired guinea pigs were randomly divided into three groups: normal control group, lens induced group and kidney-yang deficiency lens group, with 8 guinea pigs in each group. Hydrocortisone was injected intraperitoneally in the kidney-yang deficiency lens induction group, and the normal control group and lens induced group were injected with the same amount of normal saline once a day for 2 weeks at a dose of 10 mg kg-1,. From the third week, the right eye of the lens induction group and the kidney-yang deficiency lens group were all wearing -10.00D lens, the left eye was used as self-control eye, and the normal control group was not treated with any treatment. After 2 weeks of lens induction, the diopter was given in each group. Measurement of axial length and posterior sclera thickness. Results the diopter, axial length and scleral thickness of posterior pole were (1.52 卤0.45) D, () 8.52 卤0.04) mm, (291.25 卤18.08) 渭 m, respectively. Compared with the model group, the myopia diopter increased to (-2.16 卤0.09) D and the axial length was (8.61 卤0.03) mm,. The thickness of sclera decreased to (233.75 卤23.26) 渭 m (all P0.01). The diopter, axial length and sclera thickness of posterior pole were (1.56 卤0.18) D, () 8.53 卤0.09) mm, (296.25 卤22.64) 渭 m, respectively. Compared with the model group, the myopia diopter was increased to (-2.73 卤0.55) D, and the axial length was (8.70 卤0.10) mm,. The sclera thickness decreased to (180.00 卤16.04) 渭 m (all P0.01). Compared with the model eyes induced by lens, the myopia diopter increased more, the eye axis lengthened more significantly, and the scleral thickness of the posterior pole decreased more significantly in the model eyes induced by kidney-yang deficiency lens group (P0.05). Conclusion induced by negative lens, the axial lengthening and myopia of kidney yang deficiency guinea pigs are more significant than that of normal guinea pigs, and the constitution of kidney yang deficiency may be closely related to the occurrence and development of myopia.
