骨桥蛋白及C-met在喉癌中的表达意义

【摘要】:目的:探讨骨桥蛋白(OPN)和C-met在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达情况,及其与肿瘤发生、侵袭及转移的关系。方法:采用免疫组织化学法(ElivisionTMplus法)检测52例喉鳞状细胞癌肿瘤组织及30例癌旁组织中OPN和C-met的表达情况,分析OPN和C-met的表达水平与患者的临床分期、组织分化程度、淋巴结转移情况间的关系。结果:在喉鳞状细胞癌和癌旁组织中OPN、C-met的阳性表达率分别为71.2%、6.7%和63.5%、16.7%,喉鳞状细胞癌临床分期Ⅰ~Ⅱ期患者中的OPN和C-met阳性表达率者分别为48.1%和55.6%,Ⅲ~Ⅳ期患者中的OPN和C-met阳性表达率分别为96.0%和80.0%,无转移患者中OPN阳性率为53.6%,C-met阳性率为46.4%,转移患者中OPN阳性率为91.7%,C-met阳性率为83.3%,彼此间差异均具有统计学意义;高-中分化患者中OPN阳性率为65.7%,C-met阳性率为54.3%,17例低分化患者中OPN和C-met阳性表达率均为82.4%,二者间无显著性差异。结论:OPN和C-met的阳性表达率随着临床分期进展而明显提高,且与淋巴结转移有一定关系,但其阳性表达与组织分化程度间未见明显联系,OPN与C-met蛋白在喉鳞状细胞癌组织中的异常表达呈正相关关系,可能对喉鳞状细胞癌的侵袭和转移起着一定的作用。
