原发性开角型青光眼新防治技术的建立及应用——2014年度国家科学技术进步二等奖

【摘要】:近十余年来,我国原发性开角型青光眼(以下简称开青)患病率逐年上升,由0.29%上升到2.6%,一跃成为最重要的不可逆性致盲眼病。由于对开青眼压升高及视神经损害的机制认识不清,缺乏可行的筛查及有效的干预技术,其致盲率远高于发达国家8%的平均水平。王宁利教授所领导的项目组从回答开青眼压升高和视神经损害的关键科学问题入手,以解决开青筛查和监测的关键技术和设备为突破口,在阐明开青发病机制的基础上建立了基于机制的新分类体系,并在新理论、新分类基础上创建了新的开青筛查、诊断、监测和治疗技术,在全国范围内推广应用。覆盖人群1.2亿,实际受益患者320万人,减少因开青致盲约32万人,开青致盲率由15%下降到5%,减少开青致残约64万人,致残率由30%下降到15%。
[Abstract]:In recent ten years, the prevalence rate of primary open-angle glaucoma (hereinafter referred to as Kaiqing) has increased year by year, from 0.29% to 2.6%, which has become the most important irreversible blindness. The blindness rate was much higher than the average of 8% in developed countries due to the lack of clear understanding of the mechanism of elevated intraocular pressure and optic nerve damage and the lack of feasible screening and effective intervention techniques. The project team led by Professor Wang Ningli began by answering the key scientific questions of elevated intraocular pressure and optic nerve damage, taking the key technology and equipment for screening and monitoring Kaiqing as a breakthrough. A new classification system based on mechanism was established on the basis of expounding the pathogenesis of Kaiqing disease, and a new screening, diagnosis, monitoring and treatment technology was established on the basis of new theory and new classification, which was popularized and applied in the whole country. 120 million people were covered, 3.2 million patients were actually benefited, about 320000 people were reduced to blindness caused by opening green, the rate of blindness caused by youth was reduced from 15% to 5, and the disability rate was reduced from 30% to 15%, and 640000 cases were reduced from 30% to 15%.
