EBV抗体阳性鼻咽癌患者在1992分期与2008分期中的对比研究

【摘要】：目的探讨EBV Zta/IgG等抗体阳性鼻咽癌患者在1992分期和2008分期不同临床分期中分布的区别,为NPC分期系统的进一步研究提供参考。方法收集140例未经治疗的NPC患者的血清,用ELISA法检测Zta/IgG等抗体。分别统计分析1992分期和2008分期不同分期中EBV相关抗体阳性的NPC患者的例数,并比较不同分期中NPC患者的例数分布情况。结果 1992分期与2008分期中不同分期间Zta/IgG等抗体阳性例数的分布比较,差异均有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论在1992分期中为临床Ⅲ期的阳性患者,如果按2008分期进行临床分期分类会更加趋向于被判定为Ⅳ期。或许从血清学方面在一定程度上反映了2008分期比1992分期更趋于合理性。

Methods the serum samples of 140 untreated NPC patients were collected and Zta/IgG antibodies were detected by ELISA method.
