[Abstract]:Objective to study the effect of different doses of liquor on intraocular pressure (IOP) in rabbits, and to provide a reference for the study of the effect of drinking liquor on IOP in rabbits. Materials and methods Forty-eight healthy adult rabbits were randomly divided into four groups: Acarb C as experimental group and D as control group. In the experiment group, 56% (v / v) liquor was given to the experimental group according to different doses: group A, group B, 2.5 ml / kg, 5 ml / kg; Group C, 7.5 ml / kg, while the control group was given distilled water of the corresponding dose, named Da,Db and Dc., respectively. The intraocular pressure was measured by Tono-Pen XL IOP meter. The intraocular pressure (IOP) at a fixed time point was measured as the baseline value before the experiment. The intraocular pressure (IOP) of the experimental group and the control group was measured before the gavage experiment, and the time was taken as the initial time point (time 0). The rats in each experimental group and control group were immediately treated with distilled water and liquor at the corresponding dosage. Intraocular pressure was measured at 0.5 h, 1.0 h, 1.5 h, 2.0 h, 2.5 h and 3.5 h, respectively. The intraocular pressure data and baseline data before and after the experiment were statistically analyzed and compared by SPSS17 software package. The effects of liquor on intraocular pressure in rabbits and the difference between the dosages of intragastric perfusion were analyzed. Results single factor repeated analysis of variance was carried out by using SPSS17 software package. The baseline values of IOP in the four groups were compared with each other: FG 0.483U P0.05. there was no statistical difference between the four groups. The baseline value of Da,Db,Dc in control group was not significantly different from that in group D (P 0.05). There was no significant difference in Da between group A and control group (P 0.05). Compared with the control group, the intraocular pressure (IOP) of group B was lower than that of the control group (P 0.05), and the IOP of group B decreased between 0 h and 1.0 h, and the intraocular pressure increased significantly at 1.0 h and 2.5 h, respectively. Compared with the control group, the Dc of group C was 5.771g / ml (P0.05), and it showed a decreasing trend between 0 and 1.5h, and there was a statistical difference at 1.0hs, 1.5h and 2.0h. Conclusion the intraocular pressure (IOP) of 5.0ml/kg (middle dose group) and 7.5ml/kg (high dose group) were significantly decreased after intragastric perfusion in rabbits. With the prolongation of time, intraocular pressure gradually increased, the larger the dose, the greater the amplitude of lowering blood pressure and the longer the duration of lower IOP. However, 2.5ml/kg (low dose group) liquor had no obvious antihypertensive effect on rabbits. At the same time, the results of Da,Db,Db showed that the factor affecting IOP in this experiment was liquor, which had no correlation with distilled water (solvent).
