学龄期儿童黄斑色素密度及其与屈光度和眼轴长度的关系

【摘要】:目的研究学龄期儿童的黄斑色素密度,并探讨其与屈光度及眼轴长度的相关性。方法学龄期儿童95例(190眼)。睫状肌麻痹验光测得其屈光度,采用异色闪烁光度测量法测量黄斑色素密度,使用IOLMaster仪器测量眼轴长度。结果所有受试者190只眼的黄斑色素密度均值为0.650±0.104,女性的黄斑色素密度较男性高(P0.05)。Pearson相关分析示,屈光度与眼轴长度呈负相关(P0.05),黄斑色素密度与屈光度、眼轴长度无相关性(P0.05)。结论学龄期儿童黄斑色素密度均值为0.650±0.104。这为学龄期儿童黄斑色素密度提供了一个参考值。本研究未发现黄斑色素密度与屈光度和眼轴长度的相关性。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the macular pigment density in school-age children and its correlation with diopter and axial length. There were 95 cases (190 eyes) of children with methodological age. The diopter was measured by optometry of ciliary palsy, the macular pigment density was measured by the method of discoloration scintillation, and the length of eye axis was measured by IOLMaster instrument. Results the mean macular pigment density in all eyes was 0.650 卤0.104, and the macular pigment density in female was higher than that in male (P0.05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that there was a negative correlation between diopter and axial length (P0.05). There was no correlation between macular pigment density and diopter and axial length (P0.05). Conclusion the mean macular pigment density in school-age children is 0.650 卤0.104. This provides a reference value for macular pigment density in school-age children. There was no correlation between macular pigment density and diopter and axial length.
