【摘要】：正1资料与方法患儿,女,8岁,因家长发现右眼球萎缩、左眼视力差于2010年5月入我院。入院查体示V:左眼0.03,右眼无光感;IOP:双眼Tn,患儿左眼角膜透明,前房深浅适中,房闪(-),瞳孔圆,直径3 mm,光反射灵敏,晶体无混浊,眼底:视盘边界清,色可,
