年龄相关性白内障患者角膜Q值的分布及影响因素

【摘要】：目的探讨年龄相关性白内障患者角膜Q值的分布情况和影响Q值的相关因素。方法回顾性研究2012年1月至2013年7月在我院眼科住院的年龄相关性白内障患者468例(589眼),其中男221例(275眼)、女247例(314眼);年龄40~92岁。按年龄将患者分为四组(A组≤59岁、B组59~≤69岁、C组69~≤79岁、D组79岁)。iTrace视觉功能分析仪检查角膜Q值、角膜曲率及角膜曲率半径。结果 468例(589眼)年龄相关性白内障患者角膜Q值为-0.08±0.01,男性和女性角膜Q值(-0.06±0.31、-0.11±0.24)差异无统计学意义(P=0.149),角膜Q值与年龄呈正相关(r=0.026,P=0.000)、与角膜曲率(43.82±0.07)D呈负相关(r=-0.032,P=0.000)、与角膜曲率半径(7.63±0.01)mm呈微弱正相关(r=0.008,P=0.031)。A组与B组角膜Q值差异无统计学意义(P=0.756),A组与C、D组差异有统计学意义(P=0.005、0.007),B组与C、D组差异有统计学意义(P=0.010、0.017),C组与D组差异无统计学意义(P=0.078)。结论角膜前表面的Q值有很大的个体化差异,与年龄、角膜曲率、角膜曲率半径等均具有相关性。
