白内障手术显微器械两种处置方式的比较

【摘要】:目的探讨集中式与分散式处置供应白内障手术显微器械的优劣,为集中式处置供应提出解决对策。方法随机选择手术台次对医院眼科医务人员进行问卷调查,了解眼科医师对集中式与分散式两种不同的白内障手术显微器械处置供应方式的工作满意度,对集中式处置供应提出解决对策并实施。结果实施相应对策后,显微器械由供应室集中处置供应,无菌包合格率100.00%,在清洗质量、器械性能等方面眼科医师满意度达93.0%,明显优于手术室处置供应的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P0.01)。结论供应室集中处置供应眼科显微器械能提高器械清洗质量,保证器械性能完好及无菌包合格率,提高眼科医师对供应工作满意度;通过调整工作流程,规范要求及对策,可快速周转实时供应,确保大批量白内障患者连台手术的顺利完成。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the advantages and disadvantages of centralized and decentralized microinstruments for cataract surgery, and to provide solutions for centralized treatment and supply. Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted to investigate the job satisfaction of ophthalmologists on two different types of microinstruments for cataract surgery: centralized and decentralized. Propose solutions to centralized disposal and supply and implement them. Results after the corresponding countermeasures were carried out, the microinstruments were centrally disposed and supplied by the supply room. The qualified rate of aseptic bags was 100.00. the satisfaction of ophthalmologists was 93.0 in the aspects of cleaning quality, instrument performance and so on. The difference was statistically significant (P0.01). Conclusion centralized disposal of ophthalmic microinstruments in the supply room can improve the cleaning quality of the instruments, ensure the good performance of the instruments and the qualified rate of aseptic bags, and improve the satisfaction of ophthalmologists in the supply work. By adjusting the work flow, standardizing the requirements and countermeasures, the real-time supply can be quickly turned over to ensure the successful completion of mass cataract surgery.
