HB-EGF在原发性翼状胬肉中的表达及意义

【摘要】:目的: 研究HB-EGF在原发性翼状胬肉头部、体部和正常结膜中的表达情况,探讨其与翼状胬肉发病之间的关系。 方法: 采用免疫组化和Western Blotting方法研究HB-EGF分别在28例原发性翼状胬肉的头部、体部与8例正常结膜组织的表达。 结果: 免疫组化的结果:HB-EGF在28例原发性翼状胬肉头部、体部及8例正常结膜中均有表达,经过单因方差分析翼状胬肉头部组阳性表达高于体部组(P0.05),体部组阳性表达高于正常结膜组(P0.05)。头部组阳性表达显著高于正常结膜组(P0.01)。 Western Blotting的结果:HB-EGF在原发性翼状胬肉头部、体部和正常结膜中均有表达。HB-EGF在翼状胬肉的头部的表达强度最强,体部次之,正常结膜表达最弱。经过单因方差分析翼状胬肉头部阳性表达高于体部(P0.05),体部组阳性表达高于正常结膜组(P0.05)。头部阳性表达显著高于正常结膜(P0.01)。 结论: 1.HB-EGF在原发性翼状胬肉组织中的高表达,提示它参与了翼状胬肉的发生与发展。 2.HB-EGF在原发性翼状胬肉头部表达强于体部,提示其在翼状胬肉中发挥作用的部位主要在翼状胬肉的头部。
[Abstract]:Aim: to study the expression of HB-EGF in the head, body and normal conjunctiva of primary pterygium, and to explore the relationship between the expression of HB-EGF and the pathogenesis of pterygium. Methods: immunohistochemical and Western Blotting methods were used to study the expression of HB-EGF in 28 cases of pterygium head, body and 8 cases of normal conjunctiva. Results: HB-EGF was expressed in 28 cases of primary pterygium head, body and 8 cases of normal conjunctiva. The positive expression of HB-EGF in pterygium head group was higher than that in body group after ANOVA (P0.05). The positive expression in body group was higher than that in normal conjunctiva group (P0.05). The positive expression in head group was significantly higher than that in normal conjunctiva group (P0.01). The results of Western Blotting showed that HB-EGF was expressed in primary pterygium head, body and normal conjunctiva. HB-EGF expression was the strongest in pterygium head, second in body and weakest in normal conjunctiva. The positive expression of pterygium head was higher than that of body part (P0.05), and the positive expression of body group was higher than that of normal conjunctiva group (P0.05). The positive expression of head was significantly higher than that of normal conjunctiva (P0.01). Conclusion: the overexpression of 1.HB-EGF in primary pterygium suggests that it is involved in the occurrence and development of pterygium. The expression of 2.HB-EGF in primary pterygium was stronger than that in body, suggesting that the role of 2.HB-EGF in pterygium was mainly in the head of pterygium.
