乌鲁木齐某职业技术院校毕业生岗前听力检查分析

【摘要】:目的了解乌鲁木齐市某职业技术院校毕业生听力情况,为开展职业院校学生听力保健工作提供科学依据。方法对乌鲁木齐市某职业技术学院共1 147名毕业生进行上岗前听力检查,同时开展问卷调查。结果纯音听阈异常检出率为7.59%,职业禁忌证检出率为4.01%。男生听阈异常检出率为8.24%,女生为3.29%(χ2=4.612,P0.05)。不同年龄纯音听阈异常检出率差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.060,P0.05),随着年龄的增长检出率增高。调查对象中每天使用耳机的频率平均少于2 h者占33.39%,超过2 h者占66.61%;使用头戴式耳机者占8.02%,使用耳塞式耳机者占91.98%。耳机使用频率和使用类型对听力影响的差异均有统计学意义(χ2值分别为103.154,4.547,P值均0.05)。结论大学生不科学的耳机使用时间和方式是导致听力损伤的主要因素。
[Abstract]:Objective To study the listening situation of the graduates of a vocational and technical college in Urumqi, and to provide the scientific basis for the work of the students' listening and health. Methods A total of 1,147 graduates from a vocational and technical college in Urumqi were conducted to conduct pre-job hearing test, and a questionnaire was conducted. Results The detection rate of pure tone threshold was 7.59%, and the detection rate of occupational contraindication was 4.01%. The positive rate of the abnormal threshold was 8.24% for boys and 3.29% for girls (%2 = 4.612, P <0.05). There was a significant difference in the positive rate of the hearing threshold of different age pure tones (Sup2 = 11.060, P <0.05), and the rate of the increase in the rate of the increase in the age. The average frequency of the earphone used in the survey was 33.39%, more than 2 hours, 66.61%, and the use of the headset was 8.02%, and the use of the earplugs was 91.98%. The use frequency and the usage type of the earphone are of statistical significance for the difference of the hearing effect (the value of the two values is 103.154, 4.547, P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion The use time and method of the non-scientific earphone of the college students is the main factor which leads to the hearing damage.
