血脂正常青年角膜弓患者的低密度脂蛋白亚组分分析

【摘要】:目的精确检测低密度脂蛋白(low density lipoprotein,LDL)的亚组分并评估其中的小而密低密度脂蛋白(small dense LDL,sd LDL)与青年角膜弓(简称青年弓)的相关性。方法入选12例2014年3月至2014年10月就诊于首都医科大学附属北京安贞医院眼科及体检中心的血脂正常的青年弓患者。另外选取12例年龄、性别、吸烟史相匹配的健康对照者。采用Lipoprint LDL System精确检测LDL的亚组分,计算其中的sd LDL占LDL的百分数,即sd LDL比率(sd LDL%)。采用t检验比较青年弓组与对照组的sd LDL%,再以青年弓为因变量,通过Logistic回归分析(Backward:LR)评估其相关因素。结果与对照组相比,青年弓组sd LDL%数值偏高〔(13.16±6.29)%vs(19.64±6.52)%〕,差异有统计学意义(P=0.020)。Logistic回归分析显示:将年龄、LDL校正后,sd LDL%增高和青年弓明显相关(P=0.040)。sd LDL%是青年弓发生的危险因素(OR=1.49,95%CI:1.01~2.19,P0.05)。结论血脂正常青年弓患者的sd LDL%增高,表明其LDL亚组分异常。
[Abstract]:Objective to accurately detect the subcomponents of low density lipoprotein (low density lipoprotein,LDL) and evaluate the correlation between small and dense low density lipoprotein (small dense LDL,sd LDL) and young corneal arch (abbreviated as young arch). Methods from March 2014 to October 2014, 12 young patients with normal blood lipids were enrolled in the Ophthalmology and physical examination Center of Beijing Anzhen Hospital affiliated to Capital Medical University. In addition, 12 healthy controls matched age, sex and smoking history were selected. The subcomponents of LDL were accurately detected by Lipoprint LDL System, and the percentage of sd LDL in LDL, that is, sd LDL ratio (sd LDL%), was calculated. T test was used to compare the sd LDL%, between the young arch group and the control group, and the young arch was used as the dependent variable. The related factors were evaluated by Logistic regression analysis (Backward:LR).
