光学相干生物测量仪Lenstar LS 900与IOLMaster对眼球生物学参数测量的一致性评价

【摘要】:目的探讨一种最新的光学低相干反射测量仪Lenstar LS 900对于眼球生物测量的准确性,将其测量值与光学相干生物测量仪IOLMaster的测量结果进行比较。方法对照观察分别由Lenstar LS 900和IOLMaster测量的正常人群眼球的眼轴长度(axial length,AL)、前房深度(anterior chamber depth,ACD)、角膜子午线上下的曲率半径(CR1、CR2)和白对白角膜直径(white-to-white distance,WTW)等眼球生物学参数。结果本研究纳入了206个健康的成年个体(206眼),年龄(26.9±15.6)岁。两种测量仪对于AL、ACD、CR1、CR2和WTW等测量值的相关程度很高。Lenstar LS 900与IOLMaster的测量结果比较,AL差值(0.014±0.090)mm(P=0.025),CR1差值(0.006±0.030)mm(P=0.005),CR2差值(0.020±0.040)mm(P0.001),均略长;WTW较短差值(-0.110±0.400)mm(P0.001),ACD的差异无统计学意义(P=0.554)。除WTW一致性界限为-0.89~0.67 mm外,两种测量仪的测量数据具有良好的一致性。结论与IOLMaster相比较,Lenstar LS 900可提供同样准确、可靠的眼球生物测量数据(除WTW外),并且可提供中央角膜厚度和晶状体厚度数据,因此Lenstar LS 900在屈光手术和白内障手术领域有很好的应用前景,能满足未来高质量白内障手术的要求。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the accuracy of a new optical low coherence reflection measuring instrument (Lenstar LS 900) for eyeball bioassay, and to compare its measured value with that of optical coherent biometric instrument (IOLMaster). Methods the axial length (axial length,AL), anterior chamber depth (anterior chamber depth,ACD) and curvature radius (CR1,) of the upper and lower meridians of the cornea were measured by Lenstar LS 900 and IOLMaster, respectively. The biological parameters of eyeball, such as CR2) and white to white corneal diameter (white-to-white distance,WTW).
