具有视力计功能的手持式视网膜对比敏感度测量仪的研制与应用

【摘要】:目的研究设计具有干涉视力计功能的手持式视网膜对比敏感度(retina contrast sensitive function,RCSF)测量设备,并探究其临床测量的重复性和有效性。方法制作手持式具有干涉视力计功能的RCSF样机3台,并对48例(48眼)正常人(RCSF测量组)和20例(33眼)成熟白内障患者(干涉条纹视力测量组),分别进行2次RCSF测量和术前最佳矫正视力测量。对2组间RCSF测量差异性进行独立样本t检验,术前、术后最佳矫正视力相关性采用线性相关分析。结果在对48例正常人的2次测量中,对应空间频率2.4 c·d-1、3.6 c·d-1、6.0 c·d-1、9.0 c·d-1、15.0 c·d-1、24.0 c·d-1的前后不一致的次数分别是0次、0次、2次、4次、4次、9次,一致率分别是100%、100%、95.8%、91.7%、91.7%、81.3%。除对应空间频率24.0 c·d-1的RCSF测量值外,其余空间频率测量结果与平板微机RCSF测定仪的测量结果相比差异均无统计学意义(均为P0.05)。33眼白内障患者中有19眼术前无法用样机测出最佳矫正视力,术前和术后最佳矫正视力之间具有相关性(r=0.382,P=0.028)。20~40岁组、40~60岁组和60~80岁组,术前与术后视力测量一致性分别为34.4%、53.7%和25.9%。结论具有干涉视力计功能的手持式RCSF测量样机具有较好的移动性、良好的测量稳定性和有效性,不但可以用于测量RCSF,且具有良好的干涉视力计测量功能。
[Abstract]:Objective to study and design a hand-held retinal contrast sensitivity (retina contrast sensitive function,RCSF) measuring device with interferometric vision meter function, and to explore the reproducibility and effectiveness of its clinical measurement. Methods three hand-held RCSF prototypes with interferometric visual acuity were made. 48 normal subjects (48 eyes) and 20 patients (33 eyes) with mature cataracts (interferometric fringes vision measurement group) were enrolled in this study. RCSF measurement and preoperative best corrected visual acuity measurement were performed twice. The difference of RCSF measurement between the two groups was tested by independent sample t test, and the correlation of best corrected visual acuity before and after operation was analyzed by linear correlation analysis. Results in the second measurement of 48 normal subjects, The corresponding spatial frequencies of 2.4 c 路d ~ (- 1), 3.6 c 路d ~ (- 1), 6.0 c 路d ~ (- 1), 9.0 c 路d ~ (- 1), 15.0 c 路d ~ (- 1), 24.0 c 路d ~ (- 1), respectively, were 0, 0, 2, 4 and 4 times, respectively.
