眼眶内植物性异物的高分辨CT双窗重组诊断分析

【摘要】:目的研究软组织窗和骨窗双窗重组在诊断眼眶内植物性异物上的作用。方法对21例植物性外伤史患者行CT检查均行软组织窗和骨窗重组,观察异物不同时期在双窗下的影像表现,统计CT双窗诊断的准确率。结果 21例中,急性期11例,亚急性期7例,慢性期3例。CT在急性期诊断准确率达80%以上,亚急性期和慢性期达100%。结论 CT双窗重组对于急性期植物性异物的诊断有明显的优势。
[Abstract]:Objective to study the role of soft tissue window and bone window in the diagnosis of orbital plant foreign bodies. Methods 21 patients with history of plant trauma were examined by CT with soft tissue window and bone window reconstruction. the imaging findings of foreign bodies under double windows in different periods were observed, and the accuracy of CT double window diagnosis was counted. Results among the 21 cases, 11 cases were acute phase, 7 cases were subacute phase and 3 cases were chronic phase. The diagnostic accuracy of CT in acute phase was more than 80%, and that in subacute phase and chronic phase was 100%. Conclusion CT double window recombination has obvious advantages in the diagnosis of plant foreign bodies in acute phase.
