人工泪液联合局部激素治疗SS-ATD与NSS-ATD疗效比较研究

【摘要】：目的：针对SS型水液缺乏型干眼和非SS型干眼临床特点和人工泪液加局部激素疗效进行比较研究。 方法：在广西医科大学第一附属医院风湿免疫科与眼科门诊行于眼检查符合水液缺乏型干眼诊断标准的患者中,符合SS诊断标准的患者作为SS组,其余患者作为非SS组。对两组患者均给予0.1%玻璃酸钠滴眼液(爱丽)滴眼Qid+妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液(典殊)滴眼Qid。分别于治疗前、治疗后一周,治疗后一月监测两组患者的国际眼表疾病指数(OSDI)、泪液分泌试验(SchirmerⅠTest)、泪膜破裂时间(BUT)、角膜荧光素染色评分(FL)四项指标,并行相关统计学分析。 结果：1.经人工泪液联合局部激素治疗,SS组和非SS组OSDI、SchirmerⅠtest、BUT、FL四项指标均有不同程度的改善(各项指标P0.05)；2.治疗前SS组与非SS组相比,OSDI差异有统计学意义(P0.05),SS组的OSDI较非SS组的评分高；而SchirmerⅠtest和BUT差异无统计学意义；3。经人工泪液联合局部激素的治疗,非SS组与SS组疗效差异具有统计学意义(X2=7.219,P0.05)。 结论：人工泪液联合局部激素治疗水液缺乏型干眼,可以缓解该眼疾患者的症状及减少其阳性体征,非SS组疗效要优于SS组；人工泪液联合局部激素治疗下,SS-ATD中的炎症可能较NSS-ATD更难控制。

Methods: in the Department of Rheumatology Immunology and Ophthalmology Department of the first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi Medical University, the patients who met the diagnostic criteria of water-fluid deficiency type dry eyes were treated as SS group and the other patients as non-SS group.
