听觉过敏患者临床特征初步分析

【摘要】：目的探讨听觉过敏患者的临床特征及听觉过敏对患者的影响。方法通过结构性访谈的形式,对32例听觉过敏患者进行病史问卷调查及焦虑自评量表调查,并进行纯音听阈及响度不适阈(loudness discomfort level,LDL)测试,分析听觉过敏的临床特征及相关因素之间的关系。结果 32例听觉过敏患者中,以31~40岁(9例)及41~50岁(11例)最多见,28例(87.50%)伴耳鸣,14例(43.75%)伴头痛。常见敏感声音有小孩哭声、尖叫声、闹市交通噪声。听力正常(22例)、听力下降(10例)患者左、右耳的平均LDL分别为74.25±1.71、72.75±1.56和75.12±2.21、71±20±1.24差异无统计学意义(P0.05)。LDL分级与受听觉过敏困扰程度无明显相关性(r=0.014,P0.05);焦虑自评量表得分随着受听觉过敏困扰程度的增加而增加。结论听觉过敏是个体生理和心理共同作用的一种临床症状,受听觉过敏困扰程度越严重越易有焦虑症状,其治疗关键在于纠正不良心理及行为问题。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the clinical characteristics of patients with auditory allergy and the effect of auditory allergy on patients. Methods 32 patients with auditory allergy were investigated by medical history questionnaire and self-rating anxiety scale (loudness discomfort level,LDL) in the form of structural interview, and pure tone hearing threshold and loudness threshold were tested to analyze the clinical characteristics of auditory allergy and the relationship between related factors. Results among the 32 patients with auditory allergy, 31 cases were 40 years old (9 cases) and 41 cases were 50 years old (11 cases), 28 cases (87.50%) were accompanied by tinnitus, and 14 cases (43.75%) were complicated with headache. Common sensitive sounds are children crying, screams, downtown traffic noise. The average LDL of left and right ears was 74.25 卤1.71, 72.75 卤1.56 and 75.12 卤2.21, 71 卤20 卤1.24, respectively (P 0.05).
