泪腺炎患者血清中白细胞介素-4、白细胞介素-17和γ-干扰素的含量及意义

【摘要】：目的探讨泪腺炎患者血清中白细胞介素-4(interleukin-4,IL-4)、IL-17和γ-干扰素(γ-interferon,γ-IFN)的含量及意义。方法收集2012年10月到2013年7月于我院诊断为泪腺炎的31例患者的炎症期及炎症缓解期血清样本各31份,另收集同期正常体检血清标本32份为正常对照组。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测泪腺炎患者炎症期及炎症缓解期和正常血清中IL-4、IL-17、γ-IFN的含量,并进行对比分析。结果泪腺炎患者炎症期血清中IL-4、IL-17和γ-IFN 3种因子含量分别为945.96~1594.28 ng·L-1、178.42~300.50 ng·L-1和371.56~432.08 ng·L-1,较炎症缓解期(分别为604.06~987.33 ng·L-1、106.60~156.78 ng·L-1和175.86~241.04 ng·L-1)及正常对照组(分别为604.84~1293.06 ng·L-1、108.88~164.36ng·L-1和166.00~191.52 ng·L-1)显著增高(均为P0.05);泪腺炎患者炎症缓解期与正常对照组血清中3种因子含量相比,差异均无统计学意义(均为P0.05)。结论以IL-4、IL-17和γ-IFN为主要代表的Th1、Th17及Th2细胞可能参与了泪腺炎病变过程,并可在血清中检测到变化,该疾病是与全身免疫相关的。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the contents and significance of serum IL-4 (interleukin-4,IL-4), IL-17 and interferon-gamma (gamma-interferon,-IFN) in patients with lacrimal inflammation. Methods from October 2012 to July 2013, 31 serum samples from 31 patients with lacrimal inflammation diagnosed in our hospital were collected, and 32 serum samples from normal physical examination at the same time were collected as normal control group.
