慢性鼻窦炎患者上颌窦黏膜细胞因子的表达

【摘要】：目的探讨慢性鼻窦炎患者上颌窦黏膜细胞因子的表达情况。方法采用链霉亲合素-生物素过氧化物酶复合物(SABC)法检测两型慢性鼻窦炎患者上颌窦黏膜局部白细胞介素(IL)-1、IL-8、干扰素(INF)-γ和粒细胞巨噬细胞刺激集落因子(GM-CSF)等细胞因子以及细胞间黏附分子-1(ICAM-1)、血管细胞黏附分子-1(VCAM-1)的表达情况。结果Ⅰ型组患者的IL-1、IL-8、INF-γ、GM-CSF、ICAM-1、VCAM-1等细胞因子水平与对照组比较有明显差异(t=12.32、11.54、6.74、3.25、4.18、2.68,P0.05)。Ⅱ型组患者的IL-1、IL-8、INF-γ、GM-CSF、ICAM-1等细胞因子水平与对照组比较有明显差异(t=11.22、11.87、6.98、5.01、7.23,P0.05)。Ⅰ型组与Ⅱ型组相比较,在IL-1、GM-CSF、ICAM-1等三个细胞因子比较有明显差异(t=6.12、3.88、3.41,P0.05)。结论促炎细胞因子及黏附分子ICAM-1在慢性鼻窦炎发病中起一定的作用,但两型鼻窦炎起作用的细胞因子并不相同,通过对不同细胞因子类型及黏附分子的研究可进一步了解慢性鼻窦炎不同类型发病机制的差异。
