鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤23例临床分析

【摘要】：目的:探讨鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤的病理特征、临床特点及治疗方法。方法:回顾性分析23例鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤,均经病理确诊,主要症状为鼻塞、涕中带血及鼻出血。单纯行手术治疗8例,手术加放疗8例,手术加化疗5例,手术加放化疗2例。结果:23例患者随访20例,3例失访,3年存活率为50%(10/20),5年存活率为35%(7/20)。结论:鼻腔鼻窦恶性黑色素瘤恶性程度高,易复发,预后差,早期诊断及合理的治疗方法可提高本病的生存率。
[Abstract]:Objective: to investigate the pathological features, clinical features and treatment of malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses. Methods: 23 cases of malignant melanoma of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses were analyzed retrospectively. the main symptoms were nasal congestion, blood in runny nose and epistaxis. 8 cases were treated by operation alone, 8 cases by operation plus radiotherapy, 5 cases by operation plus chemotherapy, and 2 cases by operation plus radiotherapy and chemotherapy.
