喉癌患者血清中血管内皮抑素和血管内皮生长因子的表达及与临床病理特点的关系

【摘要】：目的观察喉癌患者在手术前后血清中的血管内皮抑素(Endostatin)及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平的变化,分析其与喉癌病理特征的关系。方法用ELISA法检测45例喉癌患者手术前、后血清中Endostatin和VEGF的水平变化,用15例声带息肉患者作对照。结果 (1)喉癌患者术前血清Endostatin水平[(22.83±3.57)μg/L]和VEGF水平[(2.67±0.35)μg/L]均显著高于声带息肉患者[(17.65±3.64)μg/L与(1.03±0.58)μg/L](P0.01)。(2)喉癌患者术前血清Endostatin和VEGF水平与喉癌的临床分期、肿瘤分化程度、有无淋巴结转移等有关(P0.05),与患者的性别、年龄、肿瘤生长部位等无关(P0.05)。(3)喉癌患者术后10 d血清Endostatin水平[(26.38±5.10)μg/L]显著高于术前[(22.83±3.57)μg/L](P0.05);术后10 d血清VEGF水平[(4.83±0.69)μg/L]显著高于术前[(2.67±0.35)μg/L](P0.001)。(4)喉癌患者术前血清Endostatin水平与VEGF水平呈负相关(r=-0.784,P0.01)。结论喉癌患者Endostatin和VEGF的血清水平有明显相关性,在喉癌的发生、浸润和转移中具有重要作用。检测血清中Endostatin、VEGF水平可作为评估喉癌预后的重要指标。
[Abstract]:Objective to observe the changes of serum endostatin (Endostatin) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) in patients with laryngeal carcinoma before and after operation, and to analyze the relationship between the levels of endostatin and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) and the pathological characteristics of laryngeal carcinoma. Methods the levels of Endostatin and VEGF in serum of 45 patients with laryngeal carcinoma before and after operation were detected by ELISA, and 15 patients with vocal cord polyps were used as control.
