【摘要】:目的制备一种水凝胶敷料并考察其对SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合作用。方法制备水凝胶敷料,并筛选其灭菌方法。采用新西兰兔考察其皮肤刺激性。采用热固体烫伤法制备SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤模型,采用清得佳及长海医院院内制剂脱痂软膏为阳性对照,考察水凝胶敷料对其创面愈合作用。结果制备的水凝胶敷料澄清、透明,黏度与阳性对照药物清得佳一致。辐射灭菌后,水凝胶敷料黏度急剧下降,高压蒸汽灭菌前后,黏度无显著性变化。水凝胶敷料对兔皮肤无显著刺激性。与清得佳及脱痂软膏相比,实验组愈合时间无显著性差异;与模型对照组相比,愈合时间有显著性差异(P0.01)。结论以羟乙基纤维素为基质制备的水凝胶敷料,黏度适宜,澄清透明,易于观察创面愈合情况,无显著皮肤刺激性,可显著促进SD大鼠深Ⅱ度烧伤创面的愈合,具有广阔的应用前景。
[Abstract]:Objective to prepare a hydrogel dressing and investigate its healing effect on deep second degree burn wounds in SD rats. The skin irritation was investigated by New Zealand rabbit. The SD rat model of deep second degree burn was made by hot solid scald method. Qingdejia and Changhai hospital were used as positive control. The effect of hydrogel dressing on wound healing was investigated. Results the prepared hydrogel dressing was clear and transparent, and the viscosity of hydrogel dressing was consistent with that of the positive control drug. After radiation sterilization, the viscosity of hydrogel dressing decreased sharply. There was no significant change in viscosity before and after high pressure steam sterilization. Hydrogel dressing had no significant irritation on rabbit skin. There was no significant difference in healing time between the experimental group and Qingdejia and descab ointment. Compared with the model control group, the healing time was significantly different (P 0.01). Conclusion the hydrogel dressing prepared with hydroxyethyl cellulose is suitable for viscosity, clear and transparent, and easy to observe wound healing. No significant skin irritation can significantly promote the healing of deep second degree burn wounds in SD rats, which has a broad application prospect.
