低甾醇沙棘籽油制备工艺的研究

【摘要】:目的采用气相色谱法测定沙棘籽油中甾醇含量,考察低甾醇沙棘籽油(sea buckthorn seed oil,SBSO)的制备工艺。方法采用皂化萃取法、络合法、脱胶碱炼法和吸附法分别制备低甾醇沙棘籽油,以注射用大豆油中甾醇含量为对照,通过气相色谱法对沙棘籽油中甾醇含量进行检测。结果硅胶吸附法制备的低甾醇沙棘籽油总甾醇含量显著降低,与沙棘籽毛油相比,占总甾醇90%左右的β-谷甾醇由19.56%降至6.31%。皂化萃取法、络合法、脱胶碱炼制备的低甾醇沙棘籽油甾醇含量均有不同程度的降低,β-谷甾醇含量分别为13.46%、8.22%和9.36%。结论硅胶吸附法精制的沙棘籽油总甾醇含量显著降低,该制备工艺操作相对简易,除杂效率高。
[Abstract]:Objective to establish a GC method for determination of sterol content in seabuckthorn seed oil of seabuckthorn seed oil, low sterol (sea buckthorn seed oil, SBSO) in the preparation process. Using the method of saponification and extraction method, complex method, were prepared with low alkali refining sterols of seabuckthorn seed oil degumming method and adsorption method, the injection of sterol content in soybean oil for the control, detection of sterol content in seabuckthorn seed oil by gas chromatography. The total sterol content low sterol seabuckthorn seed oil prepared by silica gel adsorption decreased significantly, compared with the sea buckthorn seed oil, accounting for about 90% of the total sterol beta sitosterol from 19.56% to 6.31%. saponification and extraction method, complexation, reduction of alkali refining degumming preparation of low sterol sterol content of seabuckthorn seed oil in varying degrees, sitosterol content were 13.46%, 8.22% and 9.36%. conclusion silica gel adsorption refining of seabuckthorn seed oil total sterol content decreased significantly, the preparation process. It is relatively simple, with high removal efficiency.
