中国微针技术相关专利综述与分析

【摘要】:目的微针是一种类似注射针头的阵列式集成器件,在透皮给药领域有独特的优势,该文针对国内微针技术相关专利申请情况作了较全面的综述与分析,希望能够为微针研究人员提供参考依据。方法所有专利数据及信息皆依托国家知识产权局数据库,数据查询的截止时间为2016年5月6日。针对历年来申请量的变化、微针的技术类型及其分布、申请人类型、地域分布等情况进行总结归纳。结果国内微针相关专利最早出现在2003年,并在2013年之后开始出现大幅度增加。不同技术类型微针专利申请量的排序为:实心微针聚合物微针中空微针进针器微针应用装置涂药微针。专利申请量排名前5名的申请人分别为上海交通大学、中国科学院理化技术研究所、清华大学、北京化工大学和陈彦彪。微针相关专利申请的地域集中在北京、上海、广东、江苏等省市。结论根据该分析结果,可以预测在未来几年中微针技术及其产业化应用将会进入快速发展期。
[Abstract]:Objective Microneedle is an array integrated device similar to injection needle and has unique advantages in the field of transdermal drug delivery. This paper makes a comprehensive review and analysis of patent applications related to microneedle technology in China. Hope to provide reference for microneedle researchers. Methods all patent data and information rely on the database of the State intellectual property Office. The deadline for data query is May 6th 2016. According to the changes in the number of applications over the years, the technical types of microneedles and their distribution, the types of applicants. Results the patent of microneedle in China first appeared in 2003. Since 2013, there has been a significant increase in the number of patent applications for different types of microneedles. The order of patent applications is as follows:. Solid microneedle polymer hollow microneedle injector microneedle application device coating microneedle. The top 5 applicants in patent application are Shanghai Jiaotong University. Institute of Physicochemical Technology of Chinese Academy of Sciences, Tsinghua University, Beijing University of Chemical Technology and Chen Yanbiao. It can be predicted that micro-needle technology and its industrial application will enter a period of rapid development in the next few years.
