pH对硫糖铝混悬液凝胶形成和游离铝离子影响的实验研究

【摘要】:目的硫糖铝的胃黏膜保护作用与其在酸性条件下形成不溶性的凝胶有关,但在临床上硫糖铝经常与抑酸药合用,而合用的抑酸药对硫糖铝的疗效及安全性的影响目前还不清楚。方法通过体外观察硫糖铝混悬液凝胶形成的p H及其性状,了解硫糖铝发挥疗效的适应p H值;以电感耦合等离子发射光谱(ICP-OES)法测定上清液中铝离子浓度,了解硫糖铝的可能不良作用。结果硫糖铝在p H为0.1时可完全溶解;p H为0.7,1.0和2.0的条件下可形成白色较软、黏附性强、伸展性佳的凝胶,随着放置时间的延长,逐渐形成沉淀;p H≥3.0时无法形成凝胶;p H4.0时可形成质地较硬、无明显黏附和伸展性的白色沉淀物。在p H 0.1~7.0内,随着p H的升高,游离铝离子的量逐渐降低。结论硫糖铝联用抑酸药不会增加铝离子的吸收,但是否具有协同作用,值得商榷。
[Abstract]:Objective the protective effect of sucralfate on gastric mucosa is related to the formation of insoluble gels under acidic conditions, but it is often combined with acid suppressants in clinical practice. However, the effect of acid-suppressant on the efficacy and safety of sucralfate was not clear. Methods the pH and its properties of sucralfate suspension gel were observed in vitro to understand the adaptive pH value of sucralfate. The concentration of aluminum in supernatant was determined by inductively coupled plasma emission spectrometry (ICP-OES), and the possible adverse effects of sucralfate were investigated. Results when pH was 0.1, sucralfate could be dissolved completely, and pH was 0.71.0 and 2.0 respectively. The gel with strong adhesion and good extensibility is gradually formed when pH 鈮,
