我院门诊2013～2015年终止早孕妊娠药使用情况分析

【摘要】：目的调查我院门诊米非司酮与米索前列醇联合使用用于终止早孕的使用情况,为现在基本国情下我们地区民众对计划生育的实行情况做参考。方法将我院门诊2013~2015年使用的米非司酮和米索前列醇两者的用量、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)进行统计分析。结果我院门诊2013~2015年使用的终止早孕妊娠药品有3个品种,其中米非司酮有两种规格。2013~2015年药品销售总金额分别为43619.50元、53434.75元、30061.11元(因2015年药品零差价和引进了另外一种价格更便宜的米非司酮片,导致总金额下降),但使用量和使用频率还是逐年递增的。结论我院门诊使用的终止早孕妊娠的药物结构合理,较合理使用。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the combined use of mifepristone and misoprostol in outpatient clinic for termination of early pregnancy. It is a reference for the people in our region to carry out family planning under the present basic national conditions. Methods the amount of mifepristone and misoprostol used in our outpatient clinic from 2013 to 2015, and the sales amount, Results there were three kinds of drugs used in our outpatient clinic from 2013 to 2015 to terminate pregnancy. Of these, Mifepristone has two specifications. From 2013 to 2015, the total amount of drug sales is 43619.50 yuan or 53434.75 yuan or 30061.11 yuan (because of the zero difference in price of medicine in 2015 and the introduction of another cheaper Mifepristone tablet. The total amount of money was decreased, but the usage and frequency of the drugs were increasing year by year. Conclusion the structure of the drugs used in outpatient clinic for termination of early pregnancy is reasonable, and the use of drugs is more reasonable.
