【摘要】：笔者通过从提高片剂的硬度;改善粉体的流动性和防止粉体吸潮结块的作用;油状药物的粉末化;将难溶性结晶药物与硅酸铝镁共同研磨,形成无定型产物,进而提高药物的溶出度;在固体分散制剂以及缓释制剂处方设计的应用等5个方面综述硅酸铝镁在药剂学应用研究的进展,并介绍硅酸铝镁理化特性和安全性评价结果。
