【摘要】:目的:探讨静脉用药集中调配中心(PIVAS)压差管理的意义与作用,提出对压差管理的意见和建议。方法:通过医院PIVAS建设及运行过程中对压差的管理与实践,对照规范及相关文献,提出PIVAS压差管理的关键点、适宜压差范围及监测方式。结果:粗、中、高效过滤器应进行必要的阻力压差监测;对洁净区相邻房间静压差进行监测的同时,还应监测各房间相对大气压的静压差;在设定压差监测时,洁净区相邻房间的静压差≥5 Pa,各房间相对非洁净区静压差≥10 Pa,上限以不产生哨音或影响开门即可。结论:PIVAS为达到符合规定的洁净度及职业防护,应加强对不同区域与设备的压差监测和管理;同时,建议在新制定的国家标准中设定相应的压差标准,保证净化系统的有效运行。
