【摘要】:由生物可降解的聚合物为载体的纳米药物(例如脂质体、微球和微囊)可能有较好的药动学和药效学性质。如果生物可降解聚合物能携带药物穿越生物屏障,显示疾病部位靶向性,生物可降解的聚合物为载体的纳米药物既可监测药物实时分布,又可帮助理解疾病发病和病理。特别在药物化学领域,生物可降解聚合物受到许多研究者关注。本文重点综述了生物可降解聚合物的纳米药物的组装过程、形貌和特征。为了帮助相关领域的读者理解生物可降解聚合物的组装过程和纳米体系的形貌,本文提供了29幅图。这些图使生物可降解聚合物的纳米体系的特征可视化。
[Abstract]:Nanopharmaceuticals supported by biodegradable polymers (such as liposomes, microspheres and microcapsules) may have better pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. Nanopharmaceuticals, which demonstrate the targeting of disease sites and biodegradable polymers as carriers, can both monitor the real-time distribution of drugs and help to understand the pathogenesis and pathology of diseases, especially in the field of pharmacochemistry, Biodegradable polymers have attracted many researchers' attention. In this paper, the assembly process of biodegradable polymer nanopharmaceuticals is reviewed. In order to help readers in the field to understand the assembly process of biodegradable polymers and the morphology of nanosystems, 29 images are provided to visualize the characteristics of biodegradable polymer nanosystems.
