雷替曲塞的研究进展及临床应用

【摘要】：目的总结分析雷替曲塞的临床应用现状,寻求雷替曲塞合理用药的方法。方法通过搜索国内外有关雷替曲塞临床应用及最新研究的文献资料,分析总结已公开发表的雷替曲塞临床数据。结果雷替曲塞(3 mg/m~2)对治疗结直肠癌、食管癌、胃癌、恶性胸膜间皮瘤等多种实体恶性肿瘤均有一定的疗效,尤其在治疗结直肠癌中的疗效突出。雷替曲塞不良反应相对较少,但是,需要注意的是,治疗中可能出现的一过性转氨酶升高。结论应结合患者恶性肿瘤部位、分期、既往治疗情况及体质等选择雷替曲塞的用量与用法,以实现合理用药。
[Abstract]:Objective to summarize and analyze the present situation of clinical application of letitrexed and to find out the method of rational use of letitrexed. Methods by searching for the domestic and foreign literatures about the clinical application and the latest research of letitrexed, Results Retilitaxel (3 mg / mm2) was effective in the treatment of colorectal cancer, esophageal carcinoma, gastric cancer, malignant pleural mesothelioma and other solid malignant tumors. Especially in the treatment of colorectal cancer, the curative effect is outstanding. The adverse effects of letitrexide are relatively few, but it should be noted that the transaminase may be elevated in the treatment. Conclusion it should be combined with the location of malignant tumor, staging. In order to realize rational drug use, the dosage and usage of letitrexed were selected for past treatment and physique.
